(1) Fee

1. You can use Reservation system of 'Yama-no-Onsen Guide' for free.
   

(2) Confirm reservation

1. After transmission of reservation form, an availability is checked and connection will be given from administrator of Yama-no-Onsen Guide or the Ryokan.
   
2. Your reservation request cannot sometimes be accepted according to No Vacancy or closure, etc.
   

(3) Stay contract

1. It becomes a contract between a visitor and a Ryokan.
   

(4) Cancellation charge

1. Cancellation charge shall follow the cancellation regulation of each Ryokan.
   
2. However, in the case of the Ryokan in which the clear cancellation regulation is not prepared, the cancellation charge indicated below shall be paid to a Ryokan.
   
3. On-the-day-of-arrival cancellation and a No-show: Cancellation charge is 100% of the 1st night accommodation charges for every member on the booking.
   

(5) Vacancy information

1. Vacancy information is arbitrary offer of each Ryokan.
   
2. A vacancy is not guaranteed.
   

(6) Reservation change etc.

1. Please tell us response demand, cancellation, schedule change, and number of people change from [cancellation/change/contact] in the menu of Yama-no-Onsen Guide.
